I've bought my induction kit now but I was wondering if anyone with a induction kit already fitted has noticed higher intake temps?
Cheers

I have not noticed any high intake temps with my induction kit. I have been told once the car is moving there is a decent flow of air to the filter and it doesn't suffer from heat soak. Even when sat in traffic jams the filter is fine because when you boot it there is no delay, which can sometimes be the hot air being sucked in.

Looks the same as other K&N Induction kits!
I know what heat soak is as I suffered from it on my saxo when it fitted an induction kit to it.
MAF's, yes there a pain, but some suffer more than others.

Would some narrow ducting from the scoop to the filter be an idea.
What would be the draw backs?

Sorry for that.
But here in Holland we respect each Subaru member at the club so we don't have to say things like ''please''.
No that we are rude, but we handle eachother like brothers and brothers are always willing to help eachother, no matter how it's asked.
But for this English forum: Can someone show me some photo's from inductionkits that you gives have, please ?
