can anyone put this into normal, shortened english for me? i guess basically, they are saying no, but if they can deliver to a US adress, then maybe.... all i want is a set of speakers and an amp!:

The good news is that if you have a permanent address in the U.S.A., we may be able to get an order to you that way.
If you are interested in ordering products that are intended for use outside of the U.S., please note that warranties are not valid outside of the U.S. Also, costs incurred for returns and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the consumer. We will e-mail you an order confirmation, your order number, and order total in U.S. dollars. You then take your payment to your local Western Union office along with your order confirmation number and instructions. Within hours, the money is here and your merchandise is being packaged and sent to your desired U.S. delivery location. Remember to please wait for your order confirmation number and instructions before you go to the local Western Union office. There may be an additional fee charged by Western Union for the "Quick Collect" service.
You can also place your order by mail and pay with a check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars ($). Please be aware that with personal check orders, it may be necessary to hold the order for up to three weeks pending check clearance. Your prepaid orders can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. without further verifications.
